Just 20 minutes from the seaside, Chillingham Castle is open to the public from Easter and through October. Gardens, Lakes and Parklands, Castle State Rooms, Dungeons and Torture Chamber are also open for tours.
The Castle Tea Room has home cooked soups and teas with wonderful log fires.

Castle is open from FRIDAY 2 APRIL 2010 to FRIDAY 29 OCTOBER 2010.
Please note the castle is CLOSED ON SATURDAYS

During the closed season, NOVEMBER - APRIL, the castle welcomes Groups by special appointment.

Directions signed : (Four miles off A1 highway, and via Chatton or Wooler).
Dogs are not allowed in the castle or grounds, with the exception of Guide and Assistance Dogs.
